CMH’s independent living communities offer duplex and triplex arrangements, with each apartment offering one or two bedrooms and bathrooms, a full kitchen with electric appliances, a living room, covered patio and many units have a one-car garage. Utilities, trash pickup, water, maintenance and lawn-service fees are covered through the rental agreements.
